MAS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,908 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAS1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPA3, ADH1B, and CLIC2. Each is linked with MAS1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-MAS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
