MAS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A9, LCE5A, and KRTAP19-2. Each is linked with MAS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-MAS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
