Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARVELD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARVELD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OCLN, MARVELD2_S407, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with MARVELD2 in more than 8 cancer types.
