Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARVELD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARVELD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO1B, ATP6V0D1, and MED27. Each is linked with MARVELD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARVELD2-to-partner and partner-to-MARVELD2 results are reported.
