Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARVELD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARVELD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Desmosome organization, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with MARVELD2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARVELD2-to-partner and partner-to-MARVELD2 results are reported.
