MARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC3L, OR9I1, and C1orf141. Each is linked with MARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS2-to-partner and partner-to-MARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC3L grouped by MARS2-low versus MARS2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
