MARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL646P, IGHD5-12, and PIMREG. Each is linked with MARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS1-to-partner and partner-to-MARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL646P grouped by MARS1-low versus MARS1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
