Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4667, RN7SKP245, and H3Y2. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4667 grouped by MARK4-low versus MARK4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
