Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,384 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK3P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Protein localization to lysosome, and miRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MARK3P3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3P3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3P3 results are reported.
