Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,559 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUB1, STIP1, and CALHM5_S238. Each is linked with MARK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK2 versus OTUB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
