MARCOL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCOL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,642 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCOL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA1, WDFY4, and ACTR3. Each is linked with MARCOL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCOL-to-partner and partner-to-MARCOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCOL versus PLEKHA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
