Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARCKSL1_S22, MARCKSL1_S41, and ZMYM4. Each is linked with MARCKSL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKSL1 results are reported.
