Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCKSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMN1, MEX3A, and SOX4. Each is linked with MARCKSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCKSL1 versus STMN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCKSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCKSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
