MARCKSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCKSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO1R, FABP9, and GPR101. Each is linked with MARCKSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO1R grouped by MARCKSL1-low versus MARCKSL1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCKSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCKSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
