Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,071 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARCKS_S46, MARCKS_S63, and MARCKS_S145. Each is linked with MARCKS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKS-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCKS versus MARCKS_S46 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
