Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 956 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-1, RBM12B-AS1, and RASSF1-AS1. Each is linked with MARCKS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKS-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKS results are reported.
