Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Ku80, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with MARCKS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKS-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKS results are reported.
