MARCKS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LBH, CCDC78, and ATG5. Each is linked with MARCKS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKS-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCKS versus LBH in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
