MARCHF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP38, RNU6-222P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with MARCHF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF6-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP38 grouped by MARCHF6-low versus MARCHF6-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
