MARCHF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COMMD2, ELAPOR1, and MSN. Each is linked with MARCHF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF11-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
