Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARCHF11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MARCHF11 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MARCHF11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARCHF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and BRCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MARCHF11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
