Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, MELK, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with MARCHF10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF10-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by MARCHF10-low versus MARCHF10-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
