Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPKBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR76, H2AZ1, and UQCRH. Each is linked with MAPKBP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKBP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 grouped by MAPKBP1-low versus MAPKBP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
