MAPKAPK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, ADNP, and WDR5. Each is linked with MAPKAPK5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK5-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAPK5 versus SART3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
