MAPKAPK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MAPKAPK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK5-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by MAPKAPK5-low versus MAPKAPK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
