MAPKAPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNWP9, MIR196A2, and WHAMM. Each is linked with MAPKAPK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNWP9 grouped by MAPKAPK3-low versus MAPKAPK3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
