MAPKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,688 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-24, PSMB7P1, and SNRPCP15. Each is linked with MAPKAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-24 grouped by MAPKAP1-low versus MAPKAP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
