Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK8IP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,719 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK8IP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nonassociative learning, Mineralocorticoid biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol. Each is linked with MAPK8IP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8IP2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8IP2 results are reported.
