Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK8IP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK8IP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-6, ZBED3, and PROP1. Each is linked with MAPK8IP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8IP2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8IP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-6 grouped by MAPK8IP2-low versus MAPK8IP2-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK8IP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK8IP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
