Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with MAPK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK6-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK6 results are reported.
