The most reproducible MAPK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, NIPAL2, and PSMD9. Each is linked with MAPK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK4-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK4 results are reported.
