Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPK15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAPK15 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher MAPK15 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPK15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

KICH, SARC, and STAD are the cancer types where MAPK15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
