MAPK14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, SRPK1, and HSP90AB1. Each is linked with MAPK14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK14-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK14 versus CMTR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
