Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPK13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAPK13 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MAPK13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPK13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, PAAD, and PCPG are the cancer types where MAPK13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
