MAP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,450 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC18, PRMT9, and TSPYL4. Each is linked with MAP9 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP9 versus DNAJC18 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
