MAP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,281 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP9_S79, MYEF2_S17, and WDR19. Each is linked with MAP9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP9 versus MAP9_S79 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
