MAP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, UBAC1, and POC1A. Each is linked with MAP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by MAP9-low versus MAP9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
