MAP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 997 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5V1, ACER1, and KSR2. Each is linked with MAP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5V1 grouped by MAP9-low versus MAP9-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
