Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP7D3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,296 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP7D3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane depolarization, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with MAP7D3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7D3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7D3 results are reported.
