MAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,875 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, HDGFL3, and SARM1. Each is linked with MAP6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP6 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
