MAP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, SLC25A51, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with MAP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by MAP6-low versus MAP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
