Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with MAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by MAP6-low versus MAP6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
