MAP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, MOGAT1, and FRMPD4. Each is linked with MAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMD2 grouped by MAP6-low versus MAP6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
