Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5B2, TAS2R9, and LRIT1. Each is linked with MAP4K5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5B2 grouped by MAP4K5-low versus MAP4K5-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
