MAP4K4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,553 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, DBN1, and FN1. Each is linked with MAP4K4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K4 versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
