Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,575 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP14, TPM4, and RFX8. Each is linked with MAP4K4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K4 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
