MAP4K4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with MAP4K4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by MAP4K4-low versus MAP4K4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
