Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,032 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, ASAP1, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with MAP4K4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K4 results are reported.
