MAP4K4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,108 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, NDC1, and IL36A. Each is linked with MAP4K4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by MAP4K4-low versus MAP4K4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
