MAP4K3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,498 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, PTPRC, and SPN_S368. Each is linked with MAP4K3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K3 versus TNFAIP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
